A: Our guidance is that the bouncer can be used from 3 months onwards once the baby can support its head unaided. The bouncer can be used by children up to a weight of 12kg. The maximum recommendation of bouncing time is 20 minutes.
A: Your Little Hoppa bouncer comes with adjustable straps to ensure your baby can enjoy hopping in the optimal position. When securely seated, your baby should just be on its tipsy toes and not flat-footed.
A: Your Little Hoppa 3-in-1 comes with a detailed instruction manual of how to set up each part. This is a simple process, and all parts for set up are provided with your delivery. To make it even easier, we have put together a short assembly video here.
Q: Do you ship internationally? Will I get charged extra for customs duty?
A: Yes, we ship internationally!
— EU-countries: Good news! Our products are shipped within Europe from our Polish Warehouse, so you will not be charged with any additional import duties or tax.
— Non-EU countries: We are a UK-based company, and our product is a large, heavy furniture item, so shipping globally from our EU or UK warehouse can vary in cost. Please contact us at hello@littlehoppa.com with your full address and order details for a bespoke shipping quote if you cannot see a price for your home country. Please note prices for non-EU or UK orders do not include duties or tax payable on local import.
— UK customers:
Standard delivery within the UK costs £3.99 for smaller items (teethers, hanging toys, or playmat). Shipping the bouncer or the 3-in-1 within the UK is £13.

How do I return a product?
You have 30 days to change your mind and decide to return the product to us. This does not affect your rights in the event of a product being faulty.
