We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery/shipping charges and lead times are outlined below. Please note these are business days and do not include weekends or public holidays, and delivery times are not guaranteed.
UK Standard Delivery (UK Mainland & Northern Ireland, excl. Channel Islands)
Our Little Hoppa Baby Bouncer and Little Hoppa 3-in-1 are sent via a large-item courier service, with delivery within 2–3 business days. Please note this is a weekday-only service, and orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following business day.
If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive them in separate deliveries. Accessories and smaller items are sent by Royal Mail (2–3 business days).
Delivery Cost is £15 and for smaller items (teethers, hanging toys or playmat) £5
Once you have placed an order, you will receive status updates via email and text message. Please provide a valid mobile number and email address to receive updates, and carefully check that your delivery address is correct, as a re-delivery fee may be charged if the address is incorrect.
EU Standard Delivery (Orders shipping to an EU address: Price includes all Taxes & Duties)
Our Little Hoppa Baby Bouncer and Little Hoppa 3-in-1 are sent via a large-item courier service. This is a weekday-only service, and orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following business day.
Delivery cost and time will vary depending on your EU destination. These will be calculated once you add items to your basket and enter your delivery address at checkout. Your tracking email will provide an estimated delivery date. As a guideline, we expect all EU orders to be delivered within 3–7 working days.
If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in two separate deliveries.

International Delivery
If you are visiting us from outside the UK or EU, welcome! We are a UK-based company and have successfully shipped Little Hoppa products to the USA, UAE, Singapore, Australia, and beyond.

Orders shipped outside the UK/EU do not include local taxes or duties, which are payable by the recipient on import.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorisation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a dispatch email when your order is on its way.
Little Hoppa is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Orders can only be shipped to one delivery address and cannot be split. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or failure to collect from a depot, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges.
Prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT at 20%.
Please note that we are unable to refund any duties paid on items returned, whether faulty or unsuitable, as this is a contract between the purchaser and their local Customs & Excise authority.
At Little Hoppa, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we handle each query on an individual basis to ensure the best possible outcome. We hope you are 100% delighted with your order; however, you have 30 days from the date you (or a nominated recipient) receive the goods to change your mind.
To receive a full refund, goods must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging with all labels, seals, and components intact. Refunds will not be issued for items missing parts, packaging, contents, accessories, or manuals. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded.
If your order arrives damaged, with missing parts, or incorrect items, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@littlehoppa.com within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a refund or exchange.
Please contact us at hello@littlehoppa.com, quoting your order number, full name, and address. We recommend returning items via a reliable tracked service. Please note that return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. In the case of faulty items, we will cover return costs but require a copy of the postage receipt.
Each returned item will be assessed individually. If received in an unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange.
Refunds will only be credited to the account used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 working days from receipt at our warehouse for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
For international returns, please ensure parcels are clearly marked:
“GOODS FROM THE UK BEING RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE”
to avoid delays at customs.

All Little Hoppa products are made to the highest standards. If you receive a faulty product, or it develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, we will offer a replacement or refund. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear or misuse.
